How to clean your cabinets

For routine cleaning, use only a microfiber cloth, a small dot of Dawn dish sopa, and lukewarm water. Best practice is to clean spills and splatters promplty, avoid leaving water on finished surfaces, and always use a soft microfiber cloth.

1. Prepare the water

Use lukewarm water in a small bowl or container.

2. Add Soap

Add only a small dot of Dawn dish soap to the water.

3. Dampen the cloth

Wet a clean microfiber cloth with the soapy water.

4. Wring it out well

Wring out the cloth thoroughly. It should be damp, not dripping wet.

5. Wipe Clean

Gently wipe cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and finished surfaces.

6. Dry the Surface

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove any remaining moisture.

Important - Protect the Finish
Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, bleach, ammonia, or aggressive scrubbing products. These can damange the cabinet finish.
Damage caused by harsh or improper cleaning products will void the product warranty.

Limited Cabinet warranty

One-Year Limited Warranty from Original Delivery date

Greyloch LLC warrants its cabinets for a period of one (1) year from the original delivery date. Cabinets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Claims and Evaluation

If a warranty concern or damage is reported during the warranty period, Greyloch LLC will evaluate the product and the circumstances surrounding the reported issue to determine the cause of the damage or defect and whether the issue is the responsibility of Greyloch LLC.

If Greyloch LLC determines that the issue resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship for which Greyloch LLC is responsible, Greyloch LLC may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective material or component at no charge. This limited warranty applies only to parts and materials supplied by Greyloch LLC.

Warranty Exclusions
  • Modification, alteration, or improper repair of the cabinets by anyone other than Greyloch LLC or an authorized representative.
  • Misuse, neglect, abuse, improper care, or improper cleaning.
  • Excessive or prolonged exposure to water or moisture.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or significant changes in temperature or humidity.
  • Fire, flooding, storms, natural disasters, or other events outside the control of Greyloch LLC.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, bleach, ammonia, or other cleaning products that may damage the cabinet finish.

Important: Use of improper or harsh cleaning products that damages the finish will void warranty coverage for the affected product or finish.

Natural Material and Finish Variations

Natural wood products may vary in color, grain, texture, and other characteristics. Wood may also change in appearance as it ages.

Painted cabinets may develop visible hairline cracking around joints or seams as the wood naturally expands and contracts. Cabinet finishes may also darken, lighten, or change color over time.

Sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, humidity, temperature, and other environmental conditions may affect the appearance or color of cabinet materials and finishes.

These natural variations and changes are characteristics of the materials and their environmental exposure and are not considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Determination

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Greyloch LLC. Greyloch LLC will determine, based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the reported damage, whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered materials or components as determined by Greyloch LLC.
